To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be unworn or unused, with the tags, and in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift cards, underwear, shapewear, swimwear, handbags, jewellery, and hats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
